We want every customer to shop with confidence.
1. Return Window: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
3. Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll provide return instructions and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is received and inspected.
4. Changed Your Mind: Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. A 20% restocking fee applies, and you are responsible for
return shipping.
5. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and approving the returned item.
